1. An entrepreneur registers an application with WAO.
2. The Applicant then prepares an "Idea Sheet" that is a maximum of three pages in length. It may be of any format that applicant wants but questions noted on page 3 of the application, "Business Opportunity Validation", should be considered before an application is submitted.
3. WAO reviews the application to determine if it meets circulation standards.
4. If the Idea Sheet is reasonable, the Applicant pays a circulation fee of $100.
5. WAO converts the Idea Sheet to a PDF form that is password protected, not printable and accessible by WAO Angel Members for a limited time period only.
6. WAO Angel Members may discuss the Idea Sheet with other Angel Members, otherwise its contents are STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.
7. After review, an Angel Member will have 5 options:
b) Request further information from the Applicant.
c) Indicate their interest in attending a group presentation by the Applicant.
d) Indicate their interest in providing mentor services to the Applicant.
e) Indicate no further interest in the Idea.
